Currently, Mountain Living ships within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier.
Mountain Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we'll do our best to help you locate your shipment.
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is placed, we'll do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
