Almond Shape Picasso Jasper - 3.2 in, Utah

This Picasso jasper out of Utah was shaped into an almond and finished smooth, and the dark linear markings running across the pale ground are what earned the stone its name, they look like somebody drew them on freehand. It feels wonderful in your hand, which is half the point of a stone like this, and it looks good sitting on a shelf the rest of the time. Jasper is a grounding, steadying stone. This is a natural specimen and the pattern and color are unique to this piece. It measures approximately 3.2 in wide.
