Antique Dietz No. 1 Oil Lantern with Red Glass Globe

This antique Dietz oil lantern still has its original embossed red glass globe and it is in perfect condition, which almost never happens, because the globe is the first thing to go. Both the globe and the steel tank are marked Dietz of Syracuse, NY, USA, with No. 1 embossed on the tank, and both are in working order. Light it out on a porch on a summer night or set it on a shelf and let the red glass catch the lamplight. It is a genuine piece of Americana in good antique condition and you won't be disappointed.
