This agate paperweight came from Oregon, polished smooth and heavy in the hand, with vibrant color and its own run of banding through it. Oregon produces some of the most collectible agate in the country. It will hold papers down on a desk perfectly well, but the truth is you will pick it up and turn it over more than you will ever use it. Each stone comes out patterned only to itself, so color and banding are unique to this piece.
