Banded Agate Geode - 2.5 in, Canada

This banded agate geode came from Canada and is opened up so you can see straight into it, concentric bands wrapping in toward a hollow center that took a very long time to form. It is compact and sturdy, easy to set anywhere it will catch a bit of light, a windowsill, a desk, a bookshelf. Agate is a stone of stability and grounding. A natural specimen, so the banding and color are unique to this one. This geode measures approximately 2.5 in wide.
