Vintage Full-Body Coyote Taxidermy Mount with Pheasant

This vintage coyote is mounted full body on a rustic log with a pheasant held in his jaws, caught mid stride and looking straight ahead like he has just heard you coming. Whoever did the work knew what they were doing, because the alert set of the ears and the tension through the shoulders are exactly right. He is built the traditional way from preserved hide and fur, bone and teeth, with wood and mounting materials making up the habitat base. He is one of a kind, and he will start every conversation in the room he lives in. Give him a wide shelf or a hearth with some clearance around him.
