David Burke Textured Cookie Sheet Set — 2 Piece (11x17" & 10x15")

This is a versatile two-piece David Burke baking sheet set for everyday baking and roasting, and the textured surface is the point: it promotes even heat, releases easily, and adds real strength to the pans so they do not warp on you. Two handy sizes cover cookies, pastries, sheet-pan dinners, and a whole tray of roasted vegetables. The sheets measure 11" x 17" and 10" x 15".
