Desert Rose Stone Cluster

A natural rosette of gypsum or barite crystals bound together with grains of sand, shaped over time by wind, water and pressure out in dry desert country. Every flattened crystal blade sits like a petal, and I love that the whole cluster looks like a bloom caught halfway open. The color runs sandy beige to reddish brown, taking its tone straight from the ground it formed in. Desert rose brings clarity of purpose and a quiet, grounded calm.
