Janice Etters "Winter Driftwood" – 2017 Framed Canvas, Big Bear Lake

Winter Driftwood is a framed canvas photograph taken in 2017 by Janice Etters, an acclaimed local photographer who knows this lake, and she found weathered driftwood along the south shore with snow capped peaks behind it, sparkling water and a brilliant blue sky over all of it. If you know Big Bear you will pick out the slopes of Bear Mountain and Snow Summit right away, and that is what makes this one hit different than a generic mountain scene. It is in excellent condition. Hang it where somebody who loves this town will see it.
