Handmade Vintage Tartan Wool Skirt – High Waist, Small (25")

This handmade tartan wool skirt was sewn in the USA, with a flattering high waist and a front pleat that falls gracefully below the knee. Somebody made this by hand and did it properly, and you can see it in the way the plaid lines up. The wool is warm enough for real winter, so pair it with boots and a sweater and go to church or out to lunch with the girls and stay comfortable all day. It is a size Small with a 25" waist.
