Vintage Red Golden Pheasant Taxidermy Mount – Exotic Bird Lodge Decor

This vintage Red Golden Pheasant was mounted in an elegant perched pose and the taxidermist did a beautiful job of it. The plumage is the whole show, brilliant crimson and radiant gold and deep black, with an exceptionally long flowing tail that spills right down off the natural wood-style base. The Red Golden is an ornamental game bird and one of the most admired birds in the world for exactly this reason, and you will catch yourself looking at it every time you walk by. Perfect over a mantel, in an office, or in with the rest of your collection.
