Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Royston Turquoise Squash Blossom Necklace

This vintage Navajo squash blossom necklace is the real thing, and the Royston turquoise at the center of the Naja is the part you will keep coming back to, a deep mesmerizing blue held in a handcrafted sawtooth bezel with eight more turquoise cabochons set around it. Silver rope detail and intricate stampwork run all through the Naja, and twelve three-petal blossoms and handmade sterling beads are strung on durable foxtail wire so it hangs the way a squash blossom should. Turquoise is a stone of wisdom, protection and good fortune, and this is what you wear to a wedding or a gallery opening when you intend to be the talk of the party. The Naja measures 4" wide x 4-1/2" tall, and the necklace is approximately 27" long and weighs about 258 g.
