This is a Ralph Lauren chair from the Cliveden Collection, hand upholstered in black alligator leather over a kiln dried beechwood frame carved in the ornate Louis XVI style. Look at the twisted detailing that runs the length of every arm and every leg, and the polished nickel nailhead trim around the padded seat that picks up the light. Put it at the head of a dining table or in a bedroom corner where people will actually sit in it, and it will be the first thing anyone comments on. The pillows and throws are NOT included.
