Raw Bruneau Jasper - 3 in, Owyhee, Idaho

Raw Bruneau jasper from the Owyhee country of Idaho, which is the only place on earth this material comes from and the reason collectors chase it. The scenic banding runs in browns, creams and reds layered up like a little landscape, and it has been left rough rather than polished so the natural surface stays intact. Jasper is a grounding stone that brings balance, and this one is lovely to keep on a desk or hold in your hand. It is a natural specimen, so the pattern and color are unique to this piece. This specimen measures approximately 3 in wide.
