Roy Hamari Hand-Carved Wooden Bear Sculpture 25 x 24 in

A signed Roy Hamari bear, standing up with one paw raised like he is waving you in the door. He is carved from solid wood and finished by hand with a stain that pulls the grain right out, and the fur is cut deep enough that you can see every gouge the knife made. The face is friendly rather than fierce, which is the whole reason this one is charming instead of intimidating. He is heavy without being unmanageable, so he will sit happily indoors or out on a covered porch. This piece measures about 25 inches tall by 24 inches wide and weighs about 50 lbs.
