Vintage Earthenware Moonshine Jug with Cork Stopper — 6" Tall

This vintage earthenware moonshine jug has the classic rounded stoneware shape with the handle worked right into the side and a cork stopper in the top. The rich brown glaze runs uneven the way handmade glaze always does, and that is what gives it the honest look of the old Appalachian and Southern whiskey jugs. Set it on a bar shelf, a kitchen windowsill, or a mantel with a bit of dried wheat sticking out of it and it will hold its own anywhere you put it. This jug measures 6" tall.
