Vintage Hertwig Katzhütte "The Fisherman" Figurine – Art Deco, c.1930

This Hertwig Katzhütte figurine is called The Fisherman and dates to around 1930, and everything about him is Art Deco, the long lean lines and the soft natural colors the factory was known for. Look at the way he leans into the cast with his whole body committed to it. He has come through nearly a hundred years in mint condition with no chips and no cracks, which almost never happens with a piece this age.
