Vintage Victorian Trading Co. Purple Glass Candy Jar with Lid

Deep amethyst-purple pressed glass with a matching lid, made in the whimsical Victorian style that Victorian Trading Co. is known for, in the old Depression-glass manner. The bowl is a generous size so it holds plenty of candy, and it works just as well on a dresser holding hair pins, rings and small treasures. Set it where the afternoon light comes through it and that purple absolutely glows. It is a beautiful gift for anybody who collects colored glass, and it will get remarked on every time somebody reaches in for a piece.

Vintage piece; please see photos for condition.
